We do not accept expired, false, altered, borrowed, or stolen IDs.

Warning: The use of false, altered, borrowed, or stolen IDs to obtain Alcohol or Tobacco is illegal. In our continuing efforts to combat/prevent underage drinking, we utilize the Assuretec Systems, Inc. I-Dentify ID-300 to validate questionable IDs. We confiscate fake, falsified, and borrowed or stolen IDs. Questionable and disputed IDs may be subject to on-premise verification by the Boston Police Department.

Parking:

At Blanchard's, we provide our customers with complementary parking. Parking is permitted for customers while on premise only. All other vehicles will be towed at their owner’s expense. We regret that Blanchard's does not make exceptions. Our towing service is Robert’s Towing Inc., located at 25 Goodenough St., Brighton, Ma. 02135. Robert's can be reached at (617) 782-0800.

All Sales Final:

Blanchard's spares no expense to keep our inventory under the proper conditions to assure its longevity, safety, and quality. Once products leave Blanchard's, that control is lost, thus we do not accept returns. However, if a product is defective, we will be more than happy to replace, exchange, or issue a store credit.

Alcohol Transportation Limits:

Under Massachusetts State Law no more than 20 gallons of malt beverage may be transported at one time without a state-issued permit. Under most circumstances, multiple kegs are not permitted to be transported in a vehicle unless the volume complies with state law and is approved by a store manager. Blanchard’s is not responsible for damage to vehicles during loading and transport.
